Can YOU Achieve Success with The Turbulence Training Program?
It is in my nature to bore easily, so I am always on the look out for new workout techniques and exercises. I feel that it is important to keep your exercise program fresh and fun so that you continue to be motivated to work out and achieve a gorgeous, slim, healthy figure.
As well, muscle design is such that if you want to continue to mold a work of art, you need to change your exercise program often to continue to challenge your muscles, or you will hit an exercise plateau. Craig Ballantyne feels the same and has developed an awesome fitness program called Turbulence Training.
The Turbulence Training program offers some useful nutritional advice that can be followed easily to allow you to lose body fat and increase your lean body mass. Craig Ballantyne uses proven concepts in his program.
Time is also a concept in turbulence training. Craig knows that we do not have a lot of time to workout, so he designed his exercise program with this factor in mind so that you do not have to spend hours in the gym!
Most importantly is Craig’s concept of changing the exercises and providing rest in between workouts. He knows this is important in a proper fitness regime for a few different reasons.
I mentioned the exercise plateau. Many reach this plateau because they continue to do the same exercises over and over. This does not challenge the muscle and we are not allowed to move forward and tone the muscle OR lose body fat. Though we may not completely understand the physiology behind it, Craig does.
Using his knowledge, Craig designed a spectacular array of exercises and explained them very well. You can keep track of your exercises and progress with Craigs cleverly designed turbulence training charts that include a photograph of each exercise.
The other reason for the timing of turbulence training is the rest factor. You need to do interval training four times a week and strength training three times a week in order to avoid the harm that over-exercising can do to your body. Over-exercising can also be detrimental to proper fitness.
By doing this, you allow your muscles to rest so that they will be more responsive to the next work out. You also avoid the risk of injury and toxicity to the body by accumulating too much lactic acid. Finally, you avoid the problem that results from working out too much on too little whereby the body robs energy from lean body mass and begins to store fat, resulting in a skinny yet flabby physique.
I found the exercises to be a lot of fun and it has added a spark to my workout routine. Just what I needed before summer! In addition, I can do the work outs in less time than I was spending. I think my favorite exercise so far is the Spiderman Climb/Spiderman Lunge!
