I use a massage chair when I am done working out. I got one for my dad with ultimatebackstore.com and I love how it feels. I got it for a great price there though, so I\’d highly recommend going.

Of course owning a chair massage makes sense. Specially the older you get the more youc an benefit from a good massage.
Relaxing is important.
