Brisbane Boot Camps – Getting Fit Was Never This Easy
The Brisbane Boot Camp experience is not specifically for losing weight, although that does happen. The weekend at the boot camp in Brisbane was created to allow those who participate know what they are actually capable of doing. Once they have gone through the weekend Brisbane boot camps you will have realized that you are capable of so much more than you ever realized.
The imprint of this boot camp weekend will be an imprint on your memory for the rest of your life. The boot camp philosophy is that with a little persuasive assistance you will be able to reach heights you never knew you could. This is knowledge that you will take with you for years to come.
The mission statement of the boot camp at Brisbane states that they will provide the most difficult experience as they possibly can. The intention of this is to inspire a memory that will continue to inspire for years to come. The purpose of the trainers is to encourage and assist the participants to be able to go beyond their comfort zone. This is intended to create a belief in yourself and with that belief you will be able to successful.
After completing the outrageous weekend you will understand a strength that exists in you that you never knew you had. This is not a weekend for those who need to take things slow and easy. There will be ten one to two hour sessions during the two days you are there that are grueling and complex.
Each one of the ten training sessions will be both mentally as well as physically challenging and will send the participant beyond their supposed limits. The trainers will assist the participant in a variety of events and give instructions on the correct methods of doing the different physical events.
There will be running, pushups, things that must be pushed, pulled and carried, problem solving, climbing mountains and jumping off mountains, getting dirty, team work and also individual challenges, and basically overcoming fears. There is a warrior in each of us and this experience will put the participant in touch with their inner warrior.
The Brisbane bootcamp exercise experience will teach physical ability as well as help participants reach their mental potentials. Included in the Boot Camp package are two days of arduous challenges, fitness training, teamwork and individual development. The accommodations are a dormitory type situation, a cabin or possibly a tent. The participant will have full access to the equipment, all the training sessions, a full fitness assessment, plenty of water, good food, a boot camp t-shirt, and an achievement Certificate upon completion of the course. There are dinghies for hire as well.
