I know that this sounds like a lot of food for some, and some of you might even think that you don&#8217;t have enough time to eat that much. It&#8217;s possible, just plan your meals and portion them out.</p>
<p>If it turns out that you have a fast metabolism, then you are going to need a high calorie diet with lots of good quality protein. If you have the right amount of foods in your diet, then it will make lean muscle. The biggest mistake that you can make is overlooking the fact that you need to eat more to gain muscle.</p>
<p>First off, you need to get yourself a food weighing scale. You are going to need to measure the amount of food you are eating. How can you expect to understand how much food you intake if you don&#8217;t measure?</p>
<p>Guessing how much you are eating can be dangerous. You will find that you won&#8217;t get it right every time. Measuring your meals can only get easier as times goes by.</p>
<p>The normal three meals a day is not going to work for you. Your body will need you to have a steady flow of nutrients and energy coming in. This will not be achieved by eating 3 meals a day. So you will need to increase your meals to about 5 to 6 day and eat basically every 3 hours or so. It comes down to you, do you want to gain muscle? Then get a plan and some goals and stick to it. <p>The biggest misconception about body building and losing fat is that it is so hard to do. Not really. With proper diet and exercising on a regular basis, anyone can achieve their dream body.</p>
<p>If you are wanting to bulk up and slam on muscle, then you will have to hit the iron and do lots of free weight exercises. This means using compound exercises to bulk up. If you plan on losing weight, hit the cardio and do machine work. This act will stimulate your metabolism to burn more fat. Either way you choose to go, getting healthy is a very good decision. Not only will you be healthier, but your confidence will also be boosted. It is time to get into your new body! This body ain&#8217;t going to build itself, so hop off your computer.</p>

<p><body>It&#8217;s time to start a Healthy life:</p>
<p>Your 7 days program</p>
<p>How many times have you gone to sleep at night, swearing you&#8217;ll go to the gym each morning, and then changing your mind just eight hours later because when you are getting up, you don&#8217;t feel like exercising?</p>
<p>While this may happen to the best of us, it doesn&#8217;t mean you should drop the ball altogether when it comes to staying fit. What people need to realize is that staying active and eating right are critical for long-term overall health &#8212; and that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound <span id="more-3022"></span> of cure.</p>
<p>The more you know about how your body responds to your lifestyle choices, the better you can customize a nutrition and exercise plan that is right for you. When you eat well, increase your level of physical activity, and</p>
<p>exercise at the proper intensity, you are informing your body that you want to burn a substantial amount of fuel. This translates to burning fat more efficiently for energy.</p>
<p>Put simply, proper eating habits plus exercise equals fast metabolism, which, in turn gives you more energy throughout the day and enables you to do more physical work with less effort.</p>
<p>The true purpose of exercise is to send a repetitive message to the body asking for improvement in metabolism, strength, aerobic capacity and overall fitness and health. Any time you exercise, your body responds by upgrading its capabilities to burn fat during the day and night, Exercise doesn&#8217;t need to be intense to work for you, but it does have to be consistent.</p>
<p>I recommend engaging in regular cardiovascular exercise four times per week for 20 to 30 minutes per session, and resistance training four times per week for 20 to 25 minutes per session. This balanced approach provides a</p>
<p>one-two punch, incorporating aerobic exercise to burn fat and deliver more oxygen, and resistance training to increase lean muscle mass and burn more calories around the block.</p>
<p>Here&#8217;s a sample exercise program that may meet your needs:</p>
<p>* Warm Up &#8212; seven to eight minutes of light aerobic activity intended to increase blood flow and lubricate and warm-up your tendons and joints.</p>
<p>* Resistance Training &#8212; Train all major muscle groups. One to two sets of each exercise. Rest 45 seconds between sets.</p>
<p>* Aerobic Exercise &#8212; Pick two favorite activities, they could be jogging, rowing, biking or cross-country skiing, whatever fits your lifestyle. Perform 12 to 15 minutes of the first activity and continue with 10 minutes of the</p>
<p>second activity. Cool down during the last five minutes.</p>
<p>* Stretching &#8212; Wrap up your exercise session by stretching, breathing deeply, relaxing and meditating.</p>
<p>When starting an exercise program, you should have realistic expectations. Depending on your initial fitness level, you should expect the following changes early on.</p>
<p>* From one to eight weeks &#8212; Feel better and have more energy.</p>
<p>* From two to six months &#8212; Lose size and inches while becoming leaner. Clothes begin to fit more loosely. You are gaining muscle and losing fat.</p>
<p>* After six months &#8212; Start losing weight quite rapidly.</p>
<p>Once you make the commitment to exercise several times a week, don&#8217;t stop there. It&#8217;s also wise to change your diet and/or eating habits,&#8217; says Zwiefel. Counting calories or calculating grams and percentages for certain nutrients is</p>
<p>impractical. Instead, I suggest these easy-to-follow guidelines:</p>
<p>* Eat several small meals (optimally four) and a couple of small snacks throughout the day</p>
<p>* Make sure every meal is balanced &#8212; incorporate palm-sized proteins like lean meats, fish, egg whites and dairy products, fist-sized portions of complex carbohydrates like whole-wheat bread and pasta, wild rice, multigrain cereal and potatoes, and fist-sized portions of vegetable and</p>
<p>fruits</p>
<p>* Limit your fat intake to only what&#8217;s necessary for adequate flavour</p>
<p>* Drink at least eight 8-oz. glasses of water throughout the day</p>
<p>* I also recommend that you take a multi-vitamin each day to ensure you are getting all the vitamins and minerals your body needs.</p>
<p>I suppose that&#8217;s all I can think of for now. I should extend my thanks to a doctor friend of mine. Without him, I wouldn&#8217;t be able to write this article, or keep my sanity.</p>

<p>Breastfeeding is a fast, natural, and comfy methods to get rid of that pregnancy fat. It’s Mother Nature’s method of helping to get you back into shape fast.  Your uterus tightens normally when you breastfeed, and this helps get you back into shape much faster. An additional benefit is that you also expend an extra 500-800 calories a day when you breastfeed. I don’t need to include that breastfeeding is ideal for your baby, and delivers many health benefits, as well as connecting you and your child together.</p>
<p>You will also need to eat the right diet. Concentrate on lean proteins (such as cheeses, and lean meats), and lots of veggies, and fruits. All of the fiber and protein, in these foods; helps to jump start your metabolism, and control cravings. Don’t just drink the juice from fruits, eat the whole fruit. The fiber in whole fruits helps to give you that ‘full’ feeling. Do not eat chocolate, as it has caffeine, which is not good for you, or your baby. At all times keep nutritious snacks nearby, so you can eat often.</p>

<p>Check with your physician to make sure you are ready to begin a workout program. Once your Dr. clears you to begin, start out slow. Do your warm up stretches. Performing your exercises after a feeding may be better for you. That way your breasts are less full, and usually your baby is napping!</p>
<p>There are several methods to start your exercises. Walking is wonderful. Remember to start out slow, and then increase the time you work out, and your intensity. Taking your baby along is even better, as pushing that stroller provides you with some resistive training as well.If you carry your baby for a while, you are also receiving some weight training as well. Just taking a brisk walk with your baby affords you with a really complete workout, if you think about it. Do not even think of it as a workout. Just relish this time with your baby! An extra gain is that other people will usually remark on your beautiful new child. It may take a while to drop your baby fat, so don’t be disheartened.  It is always easier to increase weight than to take it back off.</p>
<p>Check out support groups in your area. I’m sure that there are many new mothers searching for some companionship on those walks. Start your own support group. Get in shape, and share ideas with others. Involve your family members, and significant other. Ask them to eat healthy foods, and exercise with you.  You will make some new acquaintances, and involve your family as well.</p>
<p>Keep going, but start gradually. Keep in mind that after nine months of pregnancy, it will take you a while to get back into shape. Be tolerant, but keep going. Very soon, you will have the figure that you long for.</p>

<p><body>Everyone has wondered at some point in time which cardio exercise is better.  To put it in simple terms, both low and high intensity exercises will help you to burn off body fat.  The question here is which is the most effective to burn off more body fat.<br />
 When scientists first discovered that during  intensive exercises, your body burns glycogen, which is a form of stored carbohydrates that are stored in your liver and muscles for energy.  During low intensity exercises, your body will burn a lot of fat.<br />
 If your wondering whether or not it works, the answer is no because there are so many obese people still around.  Even though they are working out with low intensity routines, it still makes you  wonder how it can be.<br />
 The scientists were right when they said the human body burns more body fat during low intensity exercises like walking or swimming.  During a  high intensity exercise such as running, the body will burn a lot more calories.  Even if some of the calories burnt are from glycogen, there are still many fat calories burned as well.<br />
 To put the icing on the cake, when your store of glycogen gets low, the carbohydrates from your food you eat will later get converted into  glycogen to fill up the store and won&#8217;t be converted to body fat when they are left unused for energy.<br />
 High intensity cardio exercise will juice up your metabolism even after you have completed your workout.  What this means, is that your body will continue to burn body fat hours after you have left the gym.  This effect is nearly non existent in low intensity cardio or aerobic workout.<br />
 Accumulatively, your body will burn up more and more calories during and after you have finished a high intensity cardio exercise that it will with low intensity.<br />
 You can inject high intensity exercises into your cardio workout by introducing some interval training. You can walk for 5 minutes or so, then break into some jogging for another 5 minutes or so.  Then, walk briskly again until you have caught your breath and then sprint for a minute before you walk again.  From this point, simply alternate your running and walking for the  next 15 minutes until you are finished.<br />
 One of the best things about cardio is the more you do it, the more energy you&#8217;ll have.  Cardio will help you to burn calories, although its more useful for keeping your energy levels high.<br />
 If you&#8217;ve never tried cardio before, you should give it a shot.  If you like to exercise, you&#8217;ll find cardio the best way to boost your energy and keep in top shape.
