If you are creating or changing your exercise regime and are looking for a treadmill that is affordable but still of decent quality it helps to know about what you are buying. There are inexpensive treadmills to be found but many of those tend to also be lacking in quality being flimsy, having very few decent features and low motor power. Therefore if you intend to use it daily running or walking, this type of treadmill will not last you long at all.
