I recently received an email from a person asking me if there was possible a link between depression and high blood pressure. He was kind of joking.
It may sound unbelievable but the link between high blood pressure and depression has actually been studied quite a bit. And the conclusion is that it goes both ways.
If you suffer from anxiety or chronic depression, you’re three times more likely to develop high blood pressure than if you don’t.
Many people suffering depression also engage in unhealthy activities such as smoking, drinking and over eating. And they’re less likely to seek treatment for conditions such as hypertension.

Most people forget that important changes come from within. This means starting off with a clear mind, so that you not only know what the end of the journey looks like, but are able to plan a route more effectively. This means a route with a reduced risk of encountering hardships along the way.
Think of it this way, if you got onto a plane in New York and were flying to Great Britain wouldn’t you want the pilot to have a flight plan (map) and a clearly planned digital route (another map) before they took the plane thousands of feet into the air?

When you’re in the business of physical therapy, it is important that you have the right types of tables. It does not suffice to have just one type of table. That is because your patients come in different types. They come in different shapes, sizes, and conditions. If you have just one type of table, you’re not going to be able to serve everyone who walks through your door. That can do a lot of harm to your bottom line and there are going to be a lot of people wanting you to help them, but you can’t.
